Senior Executive Advisor
John brings to the Corrigo leadership team more than 30 years of successful executive level experience serving the health care industry. Prior to joining Corrigo, he served as the President and Chief Executive of the St. Joseph’s/St Anthony’s Health Care System in Tampa, leading the development of one of the most successful health care systems in Florida. John played a leading role in the formation of BayCare Health System, one of the largest not-for-profit health systems in Florida with 9 hospitals and 17,000 employees.
John has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Mount Sinai Hospital, Minneapolis, MN; Executive Consultant to the Greater Detroit Area Hospital Council; Board Chairman, Tampa Area Hospital Council; Chairman of the Florida Hospital Association; Past Chairman of Florida SunHealth Hospitals; and Southeastern District Delegate to the American Hospital Association.
Highly active in community services, John has served as the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce Health Care Council Chairman; Board Member, Tampa and St. Petersburg Chambers of Commerce; Board Member, United Way of Greater Tampa; and Board Chairman, Jesuit High School of Tampa, a role he has assumed since 1995. John is a Regents Award recipient of the American College of Healthcare Executives and a United States Army veteran.
